In the header of $SUBJECT, you are asking for an Oracle version of the
SQL file. If you change the comment characters from "##" to "--", and the value
demarkation characters from " to ' (e.g., insert into Permission (PERMISSION)
values ('add_user') instead of "add_user"), the script runs on both DB2 and
Postgres. I'm pretty sure that it would run on Oracle, too, but can't test it
for lack of an oracle installation.
Maybe, it could even work with mysql, since "--" and "'" conform to
the SQL92 standard.
