I haven't had time to look more closely at it yet, but I noticed that some of
the Exolab code (e.g., Castor <http://castor.exolab.org/>) is already doing
this sort of thing (i.e., org.exolab.castor.util.Messages). Maybe it would
work for Turbine too.
And the license is right. ;(
