I've added a class in util that parses the user agent string and provides
accessor methods to retrieve browser name, version, etc. It was ported from
some PHP code we have at http://www.working-dogs.com/freetrade and has been
tested on IE 5.0, Netscape 4.6, and Opera 3.61 all on NT.
I don't have time to test it for all cases so please check it out if you
like and report any bugs you find.
