I just checked in a change to BasePeer that forces the keys to be
tablename.COLUMN_NAME where column_name is always capitalized. I am
assuming this should not break anything, since they are supposed to
capitalized anyway. Hopefully it fixes your problem, and doesn't cause any
others.
