I'm still not entirely comfortable with the Service stuff yet
either. But I need to make it work somehow.
I don't think we ever came to agreement on the "new" Service
model. So I'm going to work with what we have now.

Specifically the stuff that needs to happen on init() - init the Webmacro
engine and WebContext.
