+1.
For Jetspeed 1.1 I developed an Admin console
(http://relativity.yi.org/servlet/jetspeed/screen/Admin) that is really
cool for developers. It is basically two Jetspeed Portlets and one
Turbine Screen.
The left Portlet is the control panel and you can snap in new admin
consoles just by adding a property. The right side Portlet is the
section you are currently administering. I currently have Portlets for
the Java Runtime, JetspeedResources, etc.
This could be something that we use in Turbine but would add a
requirement that Jetspeed ship and be setup by the user :(. I could set
it up so that it doesn't require any configuration and only relies on
two dependencies within Jetspeed:
org.apache.jetspeed.portal.factory.PortletFactory
org.apache.jetspeed.portal.Portlet
Then we could just ship these with turbine.
