Try putting BOTH the ecs-1.3.jar AND ecs-1.3-plusDoctype.jar
in your classpath.

It seems like the ecs package that I use was wrong, I used the one that
say ecs-1.3-plusDoctype.jar already.
Any ideas what did I do wrong?
