Someone else complained that the plusDoctype.jar file didn't have an
ecs.properties file in it. You should also fix/check that as well as use
the ECS build system to generate the .jar file.
Also, it is quite easy to use the build system...you really should learn
how so that you don't screw things up like this again...way to many people
have comlained about this over the last week.
