XMLDatabaseBuilder

What's the plans for the XMLDatabaseBuilder stuff?  Do you still 
want to do what we were discussing a couple of weeks ago - 
In memory Peers, etc? 

I may be interested in helping out with it but I'm not clear on your direction.
