A bug in the connection pool that was causing your problem was fixed on
2/22. It was only a problem for very low traffic, so that all the db
connections were getting timed out; and the pool, instead of creating a new
connection, was waiting for someone to check a used one back in when there
were none to be checked in. Not a problem anymore.
