I haven't had a chance to look at the code but sounds like you might just
want one map builder containing both the Turbine tables and your own tables.
I thought the XMLMapBuilder you were working was partially to build the maps
from XML so you wouldn't have to change the MapBuilder classes and recompile
every time.
