I'm trying to setup Turbine, and I'm getting the getting the following error
after entering the turbine admin id & password from the login screen:

I followed the installation directions, including creation of the db schema,
but it appears that the code is having problems trying to get the 'turbine'
user from the visitor table. I used the db id of the schema owner for the
database default username in the turbine resources properties file, so the
db user should have access to the table.
