My employer, Clear Ink, is generally agreeable to OS work especially during
what would otherwise be unproductive time. Unfortunately, there seems to be
very little of downtime in the near future.
Much of my paid time right now related to Turbine involves work with
FreeMarker. And I have and plan to continue filtering this work into
Turbine.
I also try to spend some of my free time on OS. I have been working on an
ecommerce package which utilizes Turbine, which has been pretty slow going
the last few weeks, also due to a lack of time. I am using WebMacro here.
I also have desires to develop some integration between Turbine and cvs. I
have not done much with this, but am hoping to develop a content management
system around Turbine. This would likely be a separate project, but so much
of the required functionality is already part of the core framework.
So the gist is the work I contribute will be in the area of WM/FM
integration as it is required by other projects.
