Ok...the fixes are in CVS...I decided to add the context to the
doBuildTemplate() method so that it is passed in...that way we still get
around the issue of me not wanting to have to call getContext() in every
method in every screen. :-) Man, some of the things we are doing behind the
scenes are pretty complicated now...this isn't that big of a deal though...
This does change the overall api slightly, but it isn't hard to fix. I'm
also about to update the documentation on the site...
