I've added a class under the examples directory called NewGenerateMapBuilderTask that will build The Maps, Peer, and DOs. It's VERY ugly code and I'm not proud of it, but it does seem to work (i'm currently crapped for time). If anyone else has an interest in it, please jump in and help out. Ideally, I think this kind of functionality should be integrated into the Turbine Dev kit in a way that makes it easy to use.
