JDE is at sunsite.auc.dk/jdk

If you're using Windows, the author strongly
recommends not to use XEmacs, use Gnu Emacs instead. 
JDE is a mode of Emacs. JDE features a debugger,
called JDEbug implemented with a  lisp / Java
interface to Sun's JPDA. This is all covered in docs
in distribution.

It's a great system.  The author and many contributors
keep adding new features.
