I'm waiting on your opinions on these proposals:
1. Change schemas for Oracle and DB2 to have mixed case
table names, to be consistent with the other schemas,
and constants defined in org.apache.turbine.util.db.map.TurbineMapBuilder;
2. Move the statement creating default entry for system administrator
to default_roles_permissions.sql (currently it is located in
*_users_roles_permissions.sql for every database) adding a friendly
reminder to set a good password in production environment.
If these don't get -1'ed I'll commit the changes Wendsday afternoon.
