The licensing isn't exactly clear. From the download page
<http://hsql.oron.ch/hSqlDownload.html>, it appears that the code falls under a
BSD-style license. However, the author's response to a query on the SourceForge
public forum <http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=16883> states that
the code falls under the GNU Library Public License.
Someone should probably try to get ahold of the main hSQL author. Any
volunteers? I'd be happy to do it, but I'll be on holiday until Monday. ;-)
