This error is occuring when the jdbc driver is attempting to get a
connection to your database. I changed my default Turbine setup to point to
your database and got the same error. And I know my jdbc driver works on
other mysql servers.
FYI, I was able to reach your db through the mysql client.
Did you try this?

Sorry, good luck, but the problem here is not with Turbine, so I can't be
much more help.
