Great! Give us some ideas. And if possible, jot down "steps" that help you

Most likely this has to do tomcat not adding the WebMacro.properties file
to your classpath. As a quick fix, make sure the bat file you created
for tomcat is adding you apps classpath. It should add something
like this: CLASSPATH=${TOMCAT_HOME}/webapps/app/WEB-INF/classes:${CLASSPATH}
However, I _just_ made a fix to this and will eliminate this problem as
soon as I update the turbine.jar.
