Okay, I didn't see why rebooting should make any difference, and it
doesn't. Turns out that I specified the hostname as "mymachine" in
one spot and "mymachine.stayconnect.com" in another. I could only
access the other pages as long as my URLs all began with a FQDN. I
have read all the documentation I could find, but I don't remember if
this is mentioned or not. Perhaps it's a peculiarity in my setup.
