I have one question - with the samples and tools mixed in there in
src/java, is it going to be straightforward enough to build a turbine
JAR without them? (takes quick look at build.xml syntax) I guess so,
it'll just mean that the prepare target will need to be more specific
about which of the subdirs of org/apache/turbine are be copied from).
