It's standard practice over there to tag a release as "TOMCAT_XY" (e.g.,
"TOMCAT_31").
Extracting from CVS with a tag: cvs checkout -r [tag_name] [module_name]

Ant includes a Chmod taskdef, but AFAIK, there is no way to preserve permissons
during a Copydir or Copyfile.
