You are sending you questions MIME encoded - so most people can't see them!
You are using Outlook Express 5.0. You need to use 'Plain Text' rather than
'Rich Text (HTML)'......
For an individual message, when you are composing the mail, select Menu:
Format | Plain Text
To change your default so that you don't have to remember (because you will
forget otherwise) - in Outlook Express main screen select Menu:
Tools | Options | Send (tab at the top) | Mail Sending Format: 'Plain
Text'
do this and then re-post your question.
