Your question is totally off topic. Please don't abuse this list with
questions like that again.

Yes, it matters very much.

The way that the class loader looks for classes is dependent on the first
class that is found.

So, if you have two .jar files in the same classpath with a class that has
the same name, the first class in the classpath will be found. This is bad
when you really meant for the second class to be found.
