Absolutely! On the other hand, you surely remember my woes
with the MS proxy where I work. Well, guess what the sysadmins
here think about opening such a dangerous port as CVS...

I would like to have this anyway, cause I'm in the process
of getting heads (sysadmins', that is) chopped off here...
When the CVS port is opened, I would DEFINITELY like to use
a fresh working copy of the repository, and it would be great
to be able to submit changes (even if, at the beginning, they
are just basic changes).

Will provide a context diff (-c) for my change right away...
