The TDK will help users create new applications using the Turbine
framework. It'll do this by generating most of the setup you need for
creating a Turbine application and also include a version of Tomcat
that's pre-configured for testing your apps.
As you noticed in CVS there's two versions of the TDK - tdk & tdk.new.
tdk.new is the one we're developing, tdk is the old version.
Right now, the tdk.new is not complete. Hopefully over the next week
it'll be ready for public use.
