"Confirm_value" is the value for the "SecretKey" that the new user has to
insert the first time he "log in". This SecretKey arrives into e-mail after
you has created the new user. Turbine puts "confirmed" in confirm_value
when validates the user and his SecretKey.

table? In other words, what does it mean that a user is
"confirmed"?
