Manik, 
Jon Stevens is on vacation until the 20th.  He'll be able to give you
the best idea of what overlapping functionality needs improvement the
most.  Currently Turbine is in a bit of a state of flux (see mail
archives), mostly due to a major directory and code reorg (just moving
things around, mostly).  Probably the most helpful thing to start with
would be to download and install Turbine from CVS and find the spots
where the documentation no longer matches reality.  ;)
Patches to these spots (i.e. `cvs diff -u my_changed_file`) are much
appreciated.  Thanks!
