Indeed, the way WebMacro service is configured changed recently. Please take
a look at TurbineResources.properties an WebMacro.properties from a recent
snapshot, or CVS. Notice the section 'WebMacro configuraion' under Services, in
TR.p and comments near Template.path and Providers in WM.p
