Agree with you. I would refer to "Problems with JSP" at servlets.com . The
subject is covered pretty well there.
I would say that things like WM are better than things like ASP or JSP for the
same reason why Java is better than C++.

I believe the only valid reason for developing it was to punch ASP somewhat.
While a good deed, this does not make the technology much better.
