Everyone *must* have their email address in there. We should add this to the
coding_conventions.html document.
As for which email, I like to switch around depending on when the code is
written and why. For instance, with the Noodle project, I used my collab.net
account because they paid my time to write that code. For Turbine, most will
be under [EMAIL PROTECTED], but there will be times where [EMAIL PROTECTED] is
appropriate as well.
