One "problem" I think we're going to run into is the difference between docs for
tdk builders and docs for tdk users. For instance, a tdk user will probably have
little to no use for build.xml or todo.xml. However, as it's setup currently,
all xdocs get transformed and dumped into http://localhost:8080/site. Are we
gonna cause unnecessary confusion by intermingling what are ostensibly
tdk-development docs with tdk-usage docs?
