These are the same as in the http://java.apache.org/turbine/
homepage.
The xdocs get translated via Stylebook into static HTML pages.
This is done during build time via an ant task. See docs at
http://xml.apache.org/websrc/cvsweb.cgi/xml-stylebook/
(sorry, the docs there are also in XML). Also see a previous
email in this list for more information on it and the usage.
