What is the way that documentation should be added and removed? Through the
turbine-docs cvs repository and in the turbine-docs/xdocs directory or does
the turbine-docs/docs directory have to be edited as well? 

Somehow the "ODBC how to" slipped through to the turbine website. I removed
support for Access including that file but it must have slipped through in
the changeover. Definately dont want to have any documentation on the
turbine website promoting the use of Access with it.
