Yes, you got it from my website probably. Notice that the name of this
file is given inside web.xml. You could use any arbitrary name.
'TurbineResources.properties' name is a legacy from times of JServ, when
this file was kept in classpath. Turbine.properties would clash with
Turbine.class then (See java.util.PropertiesResourceBundle).
