Put an absolute path werever you find /WEB-INF/whatever and it should work fine.
getRealPath() does not work on JServ (always returns null) and this is how
we tell wether the path is relative to webapp dir or absolute.
If it doesn't help - then you found a bug. JServ is still officialy supported.
