TurbineTemplateProvider is just a replacement for
org.webmacro.resource.TeplateProvider.
It uses the properties of TurbineWebMacroService to determine a path to search for
templates. It does support multiple paths. TurbineWebMacroService is tokenizing
.templates
parameter, and attempts to translate each path to be relative to webapp root.
TurbineTemplateProvider logs the exact list of absolute pathnames of the directories
it is monitoring, so it should be easy to find lose ends.
I suspect that your problems were caused by /WEB_INF vs. /WEB-INF muckup that I saw
you fixed.
