I am trying to convert an old WM template to a Turbine WM implementation.
I have the ff tag inside the WM template:

#include "$util.concat($commonParms.javascriptPath, "\pageproperties.html")"

Since Turbine automatically inserts the <body> tag, how do I append things to it (like
the above, as well other things like color, etc)
