Ok, that is good confirmation. What we should do for the TDK then is to
define what we have source for and what we don't as well as what can go into
tomcat/lib instead of WEB-INF/lib. By doing that, the first startup will
still be slow, but when tomcat dumps the classloader as a result of a
re-compilation, that part won't be as slow since tomcat/lib is loaded out of
a non-reloading classloader (at least it should be).
