I'm busy with some changes that will solve a lot of problems. It'll be done and
uploaded tomorrow morning (GMT+2). In the mean time check that your input .xml
file is cool. I used Jason van Zyl's system.xml to test my input. Also there
will be a default out.txt file in your output dir that gets written with some
messages that may shed some light when things go wrong. Hope this helps...
