I have to ask the obvious question - does the file
"/WEB-INF/templates/screens/Starter.wm" exist ? If it does then you may try
moving around templates to /template instead of /WEB-INF/templates. I had a
few probelsm when placing content below WEB-INF that I couldn't figure out
and that *may* be the reason.
