You get the headers because you are using the default layout.
Look in TurbineResource.properties and search for DefaultLayout. This is where
you say what the layout should be for the default page. Reading the comments in
this properties file is useful as documentation is scarce and cuold be out of
sync.
To get rid of the headers and footers you need to change this layout to your
own.
I think there is an emty layout in the Jetspped.jar.
