I got this one too when installing with Tomcat, which made my eyes go like
saucers. The problem was I had both the WebMacro1-1 and WebMacro1-2 jars in
the lib folder. The 1.1 is loaded first so is searched first and hence the
the second was being ignored. Delete the 1.1 jar ( and the same for
Freemarker if you are planning on using it ) and the 1.2 will be found.
