War-WebMacro script up to date ?

I've noticed a couple of oddities:

1) webmacro.properties is placed in:
turbine-war-webmacro/Web-inf/classes

2) No default *.wm file in the templates subdirectorys. This may be
normal for a blank app, but
the TurbineResources.properties file refers to them.
