It's not ready yet. Please take a look at SecurityService interface because
its almost done now. There will be further changes to User interface
and related classes.
The ACLs are not ready yet, and the LDAP backend is half-cooked.
I expect that the work should be completed within one week.
I needed to take care of some urgent tasks yesterday and today, but I expect
that the security system will become the showstopper for us very soon,
so I'll have good motivation for working on it ;-)
