Of course, but there are several ways to do it and not all of them have been
implemented yet (some ways are possible now though).

We were thinking of making an addition to Turbine that would allow you to
define your WebMacro pages as foo.en.wm and foo.fr.wm and then depending on
the language chosen that would be the page shown.
