We've looked at integration with Lucene (a opensource java search engine - I think
it is at www.lucene.com , but I'm not sure). I started to do a bit of work on it,
but it never really matured. It would be easy to implement as a Turbine service.
Only problem is that Lucene is GPL so I don't really see it as part of the core
Turbine package.
Anybody is welcome to have my integration code (it is really not a lot and very
simple). I won't have the time to work a lot on this, but I will help out where I
can if you decide to put some effort into it...
