Bit low on details but, there have been some changes to the
TurbineResources.properties recently especially to do with the
TurbineAssemblerBrokerService. If that service is not loading you will get a
blank screen on Tomcat. An old TurbineResources.properties wont tell Turbine
to load the AssemblerBrokerService.
Get an up-to-date TurbineResources.properties from CVS or from the build you
downloaded and use it.
