Are you using the Turbine Development Kit (TDK)? If not you can
find it here:
http://java.apache.org/turbine/tdk/
This is the best way to go if you're trying to get Turbine up
and running. We make sure that everything works in the TDK, and
this is the only place we guarantee it. Nightly builds and pulls
from CVS are usually stable but may not work. Try the TDK!
